In honor of the Fairport Music Festival, we brewed a special batch of Raspberry Kolsch. The beer has a nice balance of sweetness, real raspberry flavor, along with a dry, crisp finish. Easy drinking and perfect beer for a summer jam. Brewed with love along with Pale, Chit and Vienna Malts; Perle, Spalter Select and Hallertau Tradition Hops; Traditional Kolsch Yeast; Real Raspberry.

Barrel Aged Baltic Porter 2024

10.5% ABV 28 IBUs

Reminiscent of beers from the 18th Century, this offering boasts a soft but bountiful roasted malt profile, which is complemented by notes of caramel and sweet fruit. The hops are subtle, yet delightfully present, and the finish is smooth due to its cool fermentation temperature and generous lagering time. Barrel aging brings notes of bourbon, charred oak and vanilla. This variant was aged for 15 months in Iron Smoke Whiskey Barrels. Brewed with love along with Pale, Aromatic, Extra Special, Crystal and Chocolate Malts; Hallertau Magnum, Sterling and Hallertau Tradition Hops.

Groove Train Porter

Brewed to keep you on the right track, the Groove Train Porter will delight your senses with a panorama of flavors. Generous additions of chocolate malt are balanced nicely with a rich mouthfeel, notes of toffee and caramel along with a subtle, spicy hop note. Groove with us, and arrive at the station on time. Brewed with love along with Pale, Chocolate, Crystal and Wheat Malts; Herkules, Goldings and Hallertau Tradition Hops.

Dry Hopped German Pils

Pilsner originated in the late 1800’s in an area called Bohemia at the time (now part of the Czech Republic). People loved the light, crisp and hoppy lager and brewers in Germany and throughout the rest of the world began copying it. Unfortunately, quality Lager fell out of favor in the late 20th Century in favor of lighter, sweeter and cheaper offerings. This Dry-Hopped German Pils celebrates craft beer’s reclamation of a once dominate style. Cheers! Brewed with love along with Best Pilsen Malts; Hallertau Tradition and Perle, Hops.

Blueberry Kolsch

From Cologne to Rochester with a Blueberry twist! Light, crisp, and refreshing, Kolsch is brewed with an ale yeast that exhibits white wine, grape-like esters but ferments at much cooler temperatures than a typical ale. Our version of this classic uses all German ingredients including malt, hops and a special yeast strain past down for centuries. For our Spring release, we added an abundance of real blueberry to make this crushable concoction even more refreshing! Prost! Brewed with love along with Heirloom Pilsner and Vienna Malts; Perle, Saphir and Hallertau Tradition Hops.
