In collaboration with our Rochester brewing neighbors, we created this hoppy, juicy hazy treat! Nine Spot Brewing is located on Monroe Avenue and they showcase a NYS food and beer experience! This IPA is extremely juicy, bursting with tropical fruit, melon and orange rind flavors. Malt: 2-row, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats. Hops: Cascade, Centennial and Nelson Sauvin.

The hops are subtle, yet delightfully present, and the finish is smooth due to its cool fermentation temperature and generous lagering time. Barrel aging brings notes of bourbon, charred oak and vanilla. This variant was aged for 15 months in Iron Smoke Whiskey Barrels. Brewed with love along with Pale, Aromatic, Extra Special, Crystal and Chocolate Malts; Hallertau Magnum, Sterling and Hallertau Tradition Hops.
