The hops are subtle, yet delightfully present, and the finish is smooth due to its cool fermentation temperature and generous lagering time. Barrel aging brings notes of bourbon, charred oak and vanilla. This variant was aged for 15 months in Iron Smoke Whiskey Barrels. Brewed with love along with Pale, Aromatic, Extra Special, Crystal and Chocolate Malts; Hallertau Magnum, Sterling and Hallertau Tradition Hops.

Verona Street Animal Society is a not-for-profit organization that supports the mission of Rochester Animal Services. Roc Top Pet celebrates the human-animal bond and highlights how special each pet is to their family. All entries were accepted and the winner was determined by the public based on votes.
