Using our Barrel-Aged Barleywine, we complimented the already complex flavors with Cinnamon, Clove, Orange Peel and Allspice. The addition of mulling spices makes for an out of this world holiday sipper. This classic English Barleywine spent over 13 months in Iron Smoke Whiskey Barrels. This complex malty sweetness of this ale has mellowed over time, and is now complemented by notes of Caramel, Brown Sugar and Vanilla. Brewed with love along with Pale and CaraAroma malts; Flaked Barley; Horizon and Crystal hops.
