Brewed to the drink like the classic Flanders Red style but, with new world science and techniques. Fermented with the Philly Sour yeast strain. This yeast creates lactic acid as it ferments creating an intentionally sour finished beer with a slightly Belgian kick. For this variant we added Red Currants to compliment the complex flavor. Malt: Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner, Floor Malted Dark Bohemian Pilsner, Munich, White Wheat, Carared, Special B. Hops: East Kent Gold
