For this small batch Basement Series fruit sour we feature the Soursop. Native to the tropical regions of the Americas and Caribbean this fruit has an aroma similar to Pineapple. The flavor has been described as a combination of strawberries and apple with sour citrus flavor notes, contrasting with an underlying thick creamy texture reminiscent of banana. We complimented this exotic fruit with the addition of peach. Malt: Pale, Flaked Wheat, Acidulated. Hops: Azacca
