For the 7th New England Style IPA in our NZ Fog Series we delve into the Moutere hop. This one is known for its intensely tropical and fruity flavors with dominant grapefruit and passionfruit notes. Undertones of spry hay, earthy baking spice, and resinous pine. Malt: Rahr Pale, Golden Naked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Carafoam, Acidulated. Hops: Moutere, Citra Cryo, Wai-iti.
