Kailee’s Mighty Kolsch (5.2% ABV/19.8 IBUs): In December of 2021, Golisano Children’s Hospital held its annual Gala Fundraiser and Silent Auction. One of the auction items was the opportunity to design and brew a beer with 3HB. Well a group of guys from G3 at Henrietta Fire bid and won this auction. In honor of Kailee a delicious Kolsch beer was brewed. On March 4 we will have 4 kegs of this beer to enjoy at the brewery. $1 from every pint sold of the Kolsch that night will be donated to charity. Enjoy this refreshingly light, crisp beer brewed with extended fermentation time with a punch of lemon zest. Brewed with love along with Cologne Malt, Weyermann Pils, Carafoam, Vienna and Acidulated Malts; Magnum and Tradition Hops; Lemon Puree.
