We’ve got a good feeling about this one! To celebrate May the 4th we brewed up something on the lighter side. This one is an India Pale Kolsch which is brewed with the malts and yeast of a Kolsch and hopped like a modern IPA. The force is strong with this one as the lightly fruity yeast notes of a Kolsch combine with hop flavors of honeydew melon, zesty tangerine and grapefruit. Do, or do not. There is no try of this delicious crushable combination of flavors. This is the way.
