Malt: Maris Otter Pale, Caramalt, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Unmalted Wheat, Carafoam, Acidulated. Hops: Mosaic Cryo. Misc.: Dark Cherry Puree, Black Cocoa. Yeast: Philly Sour- A special yeast that creates lactic acid while fermenting the wort, souring the ale for the final finished product.
