This special small batch sour is a creation from Bob Visca who won the UNYHA 2022 Homebrew Competition Best of Show Beer. It is a Catharina Sour (a style native to Brazil) w/ mango and pineapple puree added post fermentation. Tropical hops and yeast used (voss kveik) are meant to support/enhance the fruit addition and acidity. Cheers to the homebrewers out there! Brewed with love along with Pilsner, White Wheat Malt, Oat Malt and Acidulated Malts; Hallertauer Tradition, Bru-1, Azacca, El Dorado and Sabro hops; Mango Craft Puree and Pineapple Craft Puree.
